Always call before attending

Always call our Medical Helpline at (+45) 70 11 07 07 before going to the emergency department or urgent care centre. When you call the helpline trained professionals will advise you on your treatment and tell you where and when to show up for treatment.

The Medical Helpline will guide you to the nearest emergency department or urgent care center. However if there is a long wait or there is a better treatment available you may be advised to travel elsewhere. 

Types of injury

The emergency departments and urgent care centres can help in the following situations:

• Broken bones or limbs
• Serious burns
• Concussions or serious falls 
• Major accidents or serious injuries which are not life threatening.

If you have suffered a serious life threatening injury or witness an accident, you should call 112 for the emergency response.
